Gadjrut/rawe diri used by the firshermans in a special place called Pelabuhan Ratu in java island for night fishing which they combined with handline, all fish swims to surface as they get attracted by the light, when you are using our product you need to know how to handle it incl. Where and what is your target once you decided to go fishing. Important is when you use our product first time, never use it more than 5, you need to practice how to handle it, once you are capable you can use it up to 10-15 pcs with extra swipel ( string must 2x stronger than you have before) for each 5 hooks. When you use Gadjrut, you need to have a bit knowledge what type of fish including how they live.
Classifications :
Gadrut for regular fish (Giant Travelly, Cengker, Geres punctatu, Rastrellger, etc)
We dont use neklin/seling, with main string 30 lb, hairstring 20/25 lb flourocarbon, hook number 14-10 (cap key) when fish bigger than 5kg its better 2x of main string, with metal jig bout 200-300 gramm
Gadrut for predator fish (Trichiurus lepturus , Barracuda, Mackerel, etc ),
We use neklin/seling, with main string 50 lb, hairstring 30 lb fluorocarbon integrated with seling solo no 32 length 10 cm. Hook no 10 cap key/maguro mackerel no 10. With metal jig >500 gram
How to use
Here are some important notices before you are using gadjrut first of all; its depending on situation, we shouldnt use too many of gadjrut as it is might harm people surrounding with our tools, we prefer use metal jig 200-700 gramm which is allow us us easier to handle that its not washed away by the waterflow. When we have fish on our hook, it is better not to pull the fish slowly to our side, we better scroll string slowly, we need to secure fish to the direction of the sea in case fish tries to escape, make sure that all undercontrol with the hook. Pull it step by step slowly to make it easier when we need to releases it to the water.
This is how we give fishfodder Gadjrut Predator and Reguler
1. Sardinella, carangidae or bulk carrier (pin both of eyes 2x)
2. Squid (pin it on fin)
3. We can use deadfish
